Terms:
Mountain Meadows Inn offers a smoke free environment in our home and guest rooms. All of our guest rooms are non-smoking; but smoking is permitted in outdoor designated areas.
While we make every effort to keep our website updated, please be aware that the listed prices may change, and are subject to State and Local Sales Tax, and State Lodging Tax.
Our accommodations are not suitable for children under the age of 4.
A reservation is a commitment to purchase lodging, therefore a valid credit card is required.
Reservations are confirmed with an advance deposit of one nights stay, or 50% for 2-3 night bookings.
Reservations for more than 3 nights or for more than one room are subject to an advance payment of all nights booked except the first night which we are happy to hold on a guarantee with your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, some personal checks, traveler's checks, and cash.
Reservations for a stay less than 14 days in advance require a non-refundable advance payment.
Office Hours: 9AM - 9PM
Open at 4PM. Closed at 9PM.
Check in no earlier than 4 PM, no later than 9 PM.

Guest House Rooms are Pet-Friendly: Licensed Cats, dogs and other species up to forty (40) lbs: $10 Non-refundable daily fee. Owners must provide for the needs of their pets. Supervision required at all times. All pets must be leashed when outdoors, and must not be left overnight in your vehicle. Owners are required to clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. 1 dog per room, please. Advance reservations required for all pets.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted by telephone only.
For 1-2 night bookings:
Cancellations must be received no later than 6 PM Pacific time, 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date and require your confirmation code to receive a guaranteed refund of your deposit, less the cancellation fee. There is a $15 per day cancellation fee for all cancellations made 14 or more days prior to your arrival date.We do not offer refunds for cancellations that we receive less than 14 days in advance of your arrival date.
For reservations exceeding 2 days, for multiple rooms, or Holidays:
Cancellations must be received no later than 6 PM, 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival date and require your confirmation code to receive a guaranteed refund of your deposit, less the cancellation fee. There is a $15 per day fee for all cancellations made thirty or more days prior to your arrival date. We do not offer refunds for cancellations that we receive less than thirty days in advance of your arrival date.
